How it works
The operator publishes a wood-fired Finnish sauna with Harvia stoves, multi-temperature cold plunge tubs, warm showers and a covered firepit lounge with herbal tea, on the corner of Deansgate and Blackfriars Street; in 2026 it moved next to the Treehouse Hotel and The Pollen Club, with access through the hotel reception. The sauna holds 10 people at once. The Community Session lasts 1 hour 45 minutes for up to 10 people; the 50-minute Express session for up to 8. Swimwear is required for the whole session and sliders are required outside the sauna; guests are asked to bring a towel, robe, sliders and a water bottle, with limited rental on site. Phones stay out of the sauna and anyone wanting to pour water on the stones should ask the others first. There is a paid waitlist that converts to credit. There is no free parking; Deansgate Car Park is suggested.
Fixed-time shared sessions, booked and paid per person in the app or on the website.
