How it works
The operator publishes two traditional saunas, one social and one silent, an infrared sauna and three cold baths: one at 4 °C, one at 7 °C and a communal one at 13 °C. Sessions run 45 or 90 minutes at fixed times, and the café, serving speciality coffee, juices and snacks, can be used before or after. There is an event space (art, music, breathwork) and a chill-out area, plus a run club and board game nights. Hours: Mon 6:30am to 9:30pm; Tue 6pm to 9:30pm; Wed to Fri 6:30am to 9:30pm; Sat 7:15am to 10pm; Sun 7am to 9:30pm. Flip-flops are mandatory; the operator asks for swimwear, two towels, a water bottle, a bag for wet clothes and a padlock, and towels can be rented. Online booking for up to 6 people, each booked individually; free cancellation up to 12 hours ahead. There is an accessible toilet, but the sauna and ice bath areas are reached by steps, with no step-free route.
