How it works
The operator publishes a wood-fired sauna and temperature-controlled, filtered cold plunges in the SWG3 garden, with an outdoor cold shower, changing rooms with benches and seating for rest. It opens Thursday to Monday, 9:30am to 8:30pm, and is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Community sessions run 1, 1.5 or 2 hours; the guided Aufguss runs 2 hours, with several rounds of essential oils, music and towel techniques, led by sauna master Doro, trained with the Deutscher Sauna-Bund. The programme includes moon sessions, sound baths, sauna raves and a whisking ritual. Access is controlled: a host meets the group at the main reception 5 minutes before the start. The operator asks for swimwear, two towels, water, slip-on footwear and warm layers. There is lift access to the garden, gravel paths and steps with a handrail into the sauna.
Booked community session of 1 to 2 hours, plus 2-hour guided Aufguss at set times.
