How it works
The operator publishes a western red cedar sauna with Himalayan salt brick walls, at 60–100 °C, described as a 40-person sauna, and two ice baths at 4–10 °C holding up to 14 people at a time, plus a social area with tea. There are unguided sessions (Free Flow of 45 and 90 minutes and Quiet Free Flow) and guided sessions combining sauna and ice with breathwork, stretching, sound healing, gua sha or aromatherapy; on Fridays there is a 2-hour Sober Social with music. The public schedule shows 10 to 28 people per session. Two towels are provided; guests bring swimwear and a water bottle; the space is shoeless and phones stay in the changing rooms. There are male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers, and communal showers. Minimum age is 18. Parking is suggested at Dale Street Car Park. Opening hours are not published on the site, only the session schedule.
Timed shared sessions, unguided or guided, booked through the app or the website.
