The operator, Parks Canada, publishes winter hours (October 13, 2026 to May 2027) for the shallow hot pool of Monday to Friday 11:30am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:30am-9pm, last entry 8:30pm; the deep swimming pool opens only Friday evenings (6-9pm) and weekends. The hot pool is 37-40°C, mineral and odourless; the top minerals are sulphate (302 mg/l), calcium (135 mg/l), bicarbonate (100.8 mg/l), silica (31.8 mg/l) and magnesium (31.6 mg/l). Entry is first come, first served. The Aquacourt is a classified federal heritage building.
