How it works
The operator publishes a Himalayan salt sauna, communal cold plunge pools at two temperature ranges and a Tea Lounge & Library. The Open Haus session is free flow, with a guide tending the stove, and can be silent, casual or social; Haus Sessions are semi-guided (aufguss, yin yoga, sound journey, pilates, recovery, release), and banya programming with venik runs on select dates. The events calendar includes gong baths, ambient sets, guided meditations, album listening nights and DJ socials. The space is phone- and clock-free; bring a swimsuit and water bottle, towels and robes provided. Walk-ins as available, most guests book via the app or site. The site gives Davie Street without a number; 1768 comes from the city business licence record.
Booked free-flow or semi-guided session, with silent, casual or social options.
