How it works
The operator publishes a wet recovery zone with a 90°C traditional group sauna and magnesium contrast pools, hot at 39°C and cold at 9°C, in 60-minute sessions, with a staff orientation on the first visit; two private infrared saunas at 45-60°C are booked separately. There are fortnightly Aufguss sessions on Tuesdays with aromatherapy and towel work, and a clothing-optional BARE event. Booking is through the app or website. Published hours conflict: the home page says 7am-9pm Monday to Friday and 7am-6pm on weekends, while the FAQ says 6am-10pm on weekdays. The club also offers compression, PEMF, red light, a hyperbaric chamber, IV vitamins, osteopathy and classes.
60-minute sauna and contrast-pool sessions, by single entry, pack or membership.
