Operator publishes hot magnesium pools, a cold plunge, ice baths, a traditional sauna, a steam room, private infrared suites with a shower, a salt station, lounges, massage, lymphatic drainage and facials, in a 90-minute circuit from 6:30am; the space is mixed at all times, with no gender-separated sessions, swimwear required and one sauna towel per guest included; Silent Sessions Monday to Thursday 6:30 to 9am, Midweek Bathhouse from 9am and the Weekend Community Bathhouse Friday to Sunday; 90-minute sound sessions on Mondays at 10:30am, complimentary for bathhouse guests; online booking for up to six people, with walk-ins subject to availability; guests aged 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult; there is a single treatment room and the space can be hired for events. The trade press records the December 2025 relaunch, by owners Marc Dias, Paul Dias and Jason Zammit with GIANT Design, after trading as Slow House Bondi. The closing time is not published.
