How it works
The operator publishes a sauna house with a traditional hot-rock sauna (about 80°C on the lower bench and 90°C on the top bench), a 5-metre ice bath at about 6 to 8°C and a reset lounge with drinks and breathwork tracks. Each visit gives 90 minutes of access to the communal sauna, ice baths and lounge; the site suggests 2 to 3 rounds of 15 minutes in the sauna, 1 to 5 minutes in the ice and 10 to 15 minutes of rest. Swimwear is required, shoes stay in the entry lockers and guests shower before and after. Both bookings and walk-ins are accepted, with spots limited by capacity. Open Monday to Friday 10am-8:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:45am-8pm. Minimum age is 16, or 14 with an adult. A sauna seat towel is included; bath towels and robes are for hire.
90-minute communal sessions with sauna, ice bath and lounge, booked online or by walk-in.
