How it works
The operator publishes a space with a spacious Finnish sauna, cold and warm magnesium plunges and integrated yoga and Pilates classes. The booking schedule on the site (Momence) lists self-guided 60-minute Sauna and Plunge sessions in slots every 30 minutes at A$45, the 90-minute guided Nordic Ritual led by Sergey Volotovsky, with breathwork and rounds between heat and cold, and classes such as yin yoga at A$30. Memberships come with a welcome pack of a tote, a towel and a wool sauna hat, and the home page advertises an early-access membership. The site publishes no opening hours, temperatures, capacity or dress rules.
Booked self-guided 60-minute sauna and plunge sessions, plus guided rituals and classes, paid per session or membership.
