How it works
The operator publishes an electrically heated traditional sauna at 70-90°C, where guests can pour water on the rocks, and ice plunges, in a container at the Kiewa Valley Highway address (head down the driveway and turn left). Sessions last about 50 minutes; the shared session takes up to 4 people. It asks guests to shower before and between sauna and ice, and to bring two towels and a water bottle. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. The site does not publish opening hours.
Shared 50-minute sauna and ice-plunge sessions, with private solo or group options.
