How it works
The operator publishes the Hot Springs Sanctuary with 14 experiences, including geothermal rock pools and sensory caves at 35-41°C and a 12-14°C cold plunge pool. Sessions last two hours: 7am, 9:30am, 12pm and 2:30pm (age 5+) and 5pm and 7:30pm (16+ only). Entry is capped per session and open to non-guests. The indoor Bath House, entered via 16 Pertobe Road, offers a one-hour public soak in geothermal pools at 37-41°C and a 12°C cold plunge, takes walk-ins when space allows, and opens Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm; it also has four private bathing rooms. The complex has a day spa, salt room, infrared sauna, restaurant and accommodation.
