How it works
The operator publishes a cedar-lined sauna heated by a traditional wood-fired stove with 200 kg of stones; each session includes a two-person ice bath at 8°C and two outdoor showers. A casual session lasts one hour with a maximum of 8 people. The schedule has a shared Silent Sauna on Wednesdays and Sundays 6-7pm with no talking or devices (quiet conversation allowed by the cold plunge), and a Women's Session on Tuesdays 6-7pm. Booking is through the online schedule; private events by enquiry. The address comes from the booking schedule; the site does not publish general opening hours.
Shared one-hour sessions between wood-fired sauna and ice bath, with silent and women-only slots.
