How it works
The operator publishes the State Session, a visit of up to 1.5 hours (protocols run 30-45 minutes) with compression boots, acupressure mats, breathwork, a warm salt pool, a Finnish sauna, aromatherapy steam, a cold plunge, a hot mineral soak, sound and light, and a social lounge. Staff assess how the guest arrives and guide the sequence, or guests move through independently. Four people are admitted every half hour, with a maximum of 12 sharing the space. Hours are Monday to Friday 6am-9pm; Saturday 6am-6pm; Sunday 9am-6pm. Booking is required via Momence or by phone. Bathers or activewear; children from 12 with an adult, unaccompanied from 16.
