How it works
The operator publishes self-guided communal 75-minute sessions between wood-fired sauna and cold plunges, with access to the relaxation garden; the private group listing mentions two saunas and four cold plunges. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 2:30pm-8pm and Thursday to Sunday 9am-8pm. There are women-only sessions, a men's charity sauna and free community breathwork for members on Thursdays and Saturdays at 9am. Guests bring two towels, bathers, a bottle and thongs; there are open lockers, filtered water and towel hire. Guests shower before the cold plunges. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. The Beach Willow café on the same site opens 9am-3pm.
