How it works
The operator publishes the Reset Circuit, where patrons move at their own rhythm between the sauna, spa, steam room and ice baths, in 50-minute sessions. Separately it sells Contrast Therapy in a private room for up to 2 people, with a traditional sauna, an ice bath and a bucket shower. The studio also has a float tank, Normatec compression boots, light therapy, facials, massage and IV therapy. Open 7 days, 8am-8pm. Swimwear or loose clothing is requested; a towel, slippers, robe and water are provided. Minimum age is 12, with supervision up to 16. Groups larger than 6 book by email. Circuit photos show a timber sauna with stones and a bucket, a steam room and a jetted spa.
50-minute circuit sessions booked online, with a private contrast suite sold separately.
