How it works
The operator (Aqua Spa Resorts) publishes hours of Monday to Sunday 10am to 8pm, with bathing ending 30 minutes earlier; from 8am to 10am the bath is reserved for Hotel Rigi Kaltbad guests. No reservation is needed. The 35°C outdoor bath uses mineral water from the Drei-Schwestern-Brunnen medicinal spring; the site does not describe the spring as thermal or give a source temperature. Swimwear is required. The 16+ spa area has a crystal bath and a sauna with herbal Aufguss. It closes for maintenance from 23 to 27 November 2026 and reopens on 28 November. Access is by the Rigi railway.
