How it works
The operator publishes an active recovery club with sauna ranging from 50 °C (infrared and steam) to 90 °C (Finnish), ice baths in guided classes and cold plunges in solo sessions, plus a recovery zone with massage guns and compression boots. Guided classes run 60 minutes and rotate sauna, ice and breathwork with a coach, with themes such as performance and sleep quality. Solo journeys are also 60 minutes of self-led use of the sauna, cold plunges and recovery zone. On weekends the 35-person sauna becomes a social space with DJs and local communities. Booking runs through the online schedule, with single classes, packs and monthly memberships. The club is in the Im Viadukt complex at Viaduktstrasse 25.
Sixty-minute guided classes or solo journeys booked through the online schedule, plus weekend social sessions.
