How it works
The operator publishes the MEND Motions session: 90 minutes with access to the traditional Finnish sauna, the ice bath and the hot plunge, shared with up to five other people. It opens Monday to Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday 7am-6pm; the 40-minute Morning Express session runs 7am-7:40am daily. Shared sessions are 18+; under-18s may use private sessions with a guardian. Swimwear or light exercise clothes; one towel included and extra towels for A$5. Booking through the app is recommended, with walk-ins when a spot is free.
