Operator publishes Lomas de Chapultepec as the chain's newest and most expansive site, designed for larger gatherings: El Oasis brings together a group sauna for up to 25 guests, three cold plunges and fully separate private changing areas. The published practice is contrast at 80-90C in the sauna and 3-10C in the cold plunge, at each guest's own pace. Swimwear is required in the group spaces; the house provides up to two towels per visit, body wash, lockers and showers that double as changing rooms, and asks guests to bring a bathing suit and a water vessel with no glass. The operator takes a la carte bookings and walk-ins when space allows, and sells memberships. The operator's public booking schedule shows nine 60-minute Free Flow sessions a day in El Oasis, every 90 minutes from 7:30am to 7:30pm, alternating Social and Quiet, with 10 spots each; on Saturday and Sunday the first is at 9am. The operator publishes the sauna as holding up to 25, but booking caps a session at 10 spots. Cancellation up to 6 hours before; arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the session with no refund.
