How it works
The operator publishes a bathhouse with a cold and a hot magnesium plunge pool, a Finnish-inspired traditional sauna and a steam room, in 90-minute sessions. The same centre has an infrared sauna, compression therapy, reformer Pilates and a cafe. It opens Monday to Friday 5:30am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7pm. The site recommends booking ahead online, in the app or by phone; walk-ins are welcome when space permits. Towels and lockers are included, robes are for hire, and there is on-site parking in the same complex as Empire Fitness. Swimwear is required for the pools. Minimum age is 10, and under-16s must be supervised by an adult. Cancellation is free with 24 hours' notice.
