How it works
The operator publishes a public sauna open since 2022 with two saunas: the electric Aufguss sauna, held at a steady 90°C, and the Savu, a wood-fired Finnish smoke sauna opened in April 2026, at 80 to 100°C and hottest from 11am. There are two cold plunges (about 3°C and 12°C), three rest areas with fireplaces and female, male and unisex change rooms. Aufguss sessions led by saunameisters run from 2pm on weekdays and from 11am on weekends, included with entry. All sessions are 2 hours; walk-ins are admitted when there is space. Open daily 7am-9pm, with silent sessions 7-9am and 6-9pm. Regular sessions are mixed and require swimwear; Tuesday 7-9pm is men only and Thursday 7-9pm women only, both clothing optional, and a monthly mixed session with required nudity runs with Get Naked Australia. All ages are welcome, with supervision under 16. Bench towels, slippers, filtered water, tea and salt are included.
Shared 2-hour sessions, booked or walk-in when space allows, with Aufguss included and themed sessions on set weekdays.
