How it works
The operator publishes 3 traditional saunas with 20 seats in total, a steam room, an ice pool, a magnesium pool, ice showers and private showers, open daily 5am-9pm. It is the only site where the FAQ allows pouring water on the rocks, with buckets and ladles provided. The FAQ lists 2 saunas (6 and 10 people) here, a different count from the site page. Sessions start on the hour and last 60 minutes; booking and payment are made in advance in the Alchemy Saunas app, and walk-ins get in when a spot is free, with an account created and the session paid before entry. The saunas are communal and mixed, kept at around 90°C, with swimwear or activewear; the operator asks for two towels and a water bottle, sets a minimum age of 18 and does not allow use during pregnancy. Cancellation needs 3 hours' notice.
Communal 60-minute sessions starting on the hour, booked in the app, paid per session or with a weekly membership.
