How it works
The operator publishes two Nordic-inspired floating saunas with a Finnish heater and vulcanite stones, for up to 36 people in total: a smaller, quieter one and a larger, more social one, linked by a roped swim area in the dock. There are six ice baths, cold waterfall showers, heated outdoor showers, changing rooms with hair dryers, lockers and swimsuit dryers; the sauna is around 70 °C. Each session lasts one hour including changing, and entries are staggered every 15 minutes, with at most 5 people per booking and no private sessions. Normal hours are 7am to 10pm daily. Guests must be 18 or over and may be asked for ID; swimwear is required and nudity is prohibited. No soaps or products are allowed on the dock (a salt scrub is provided by the showers). Guests are asked to bring swimwear and two towels. The business is cashless. There is limited parking next to the site and the Princes Dock multistorey car park nearby.
Shared one-hour sessions with entry staggered every 15 minutes, booked online per person.
