How it works
The operator publishes community and private sessions every week. In community sessions up to eight people share the sauna area with a host who tends the stove, with a cold shower and cold plunge. Community sessions are for over-18s and need at least three individual bookings. There is an open changing shelter, warm showers and compost toilets at the neighbouring campsite, and a fire pit on cold days. Swimwear is asked for. Private hire holds up to eight people.
Community sessions booked online, with a minimum of three people.
