How it works
The operator publishes two wood-fired saunas (set at different temperatures), four cold-water baths (one ambient bath refilled daily and three filtered baths), a bucket splash and a rain shower; there is no hot shower. Each session lasts 1 hour and has 16 spaces; the sauna is shared, and there are women's sessions, Scent, Steam & Scrub sessions and full moon sessions. Rules: swimwear, underwear or loose clothing required, sit on a towel, shower before the sauna and baths, no glass, sober space (no alcohol or drugs), ask before adding water to the stones, no essential oils unless pre-arranged, keep voices low and phones away. Minimum age 16 (16 and 17 with an adult); children 5+ only in private hire or Family sessions. The entrance is an orange leopard-print door at the back of the Station Approach building; there is no parking at the site. Bike rack (bring a lock).
1-hour community session booked online, shared by up to 16 people across the two saunas and cold baths.
