How it works
The operator publishes a bespoke aspen-wood Finnish sauna and three temperature-regulated cold plunges (two 5 ft and one 4 ft), on a farm whose facilities run on renewable energy generated on site. There are two heated outdoor showers, one cold outdoor shower, an indoor shower and toilet, six individual lockable changing rooms, six lockers (bring your own padlock), an indoor seating area, an outdoor area with valley views and a fire pit, and six parking spaces. Contrast sessions last 60 minutes and are booked and paid in advance; the schedule shows up to 6 places per session. Over-18s only; swimwear is required and nudity is not permitted; guests should shower before the sauna and keep noise low. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for a refund. Members get up to 25% off.
Fixed-time shared sessions, booked and paid per person on the website.
