How it works
The operator publishes three saunas at City: the largest indoor community sauna in the county and two rooftop saunas, the first in East Anglia, with city views; guests may rotate between them, and one or two may be in use for events or private hire. Ice baths (ambient and 5 °C) are included in all sessions. The sauna floor is a wet zone reserved for guests with a booking, and outdoor shoes come off before heading up; the entrance is up the stairs to the right of Knoops. Swimwear is required and at least one towel must be brought (rental available). The building has a café, an alcohol-free late bar, a movement studio and treatment rooms. Bookings are through The Lions' Den app (bsport). For private hire, the City saunas accommodate up to 40 people per hour. The sauna heating type is not published.
Shared 1-hour session booked through the app, rotating between the three saunas and the ice baths.
