The operator, Vapour Baths Ltd, opened in 2020 at 1 Grosvenor Gardens and is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 11pm and Sunday 10am to 10pm. A session gives 2 hours of facility use without treatments or 3 hours with treatments: a steam room at about 70°C with around 30% humidity, a 6-8°C plunge pool, ice-water buckets, showers and a table in the lounge; flip-flops, a towel and a bath sheet are included. Mixed days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; Tuesday is men's day and Thursday women's day.
