How it works
The operator publishes that the sauna reopens on 18 October and runs daily 8:30am to 9pm in season. A 55-minute session costs £19.99 with no membership, and packs bring it down to £13.33 a session. There are open and guided sessions, where staff explain 10-to-15-minute rounds of heat, air and plunge. The cold plunge is treated, filtered and refreshed daily. There are five private changing rooms, three heated, and a yurt with yoga, compression boots and red light therapy. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead gives a full refund, and booking is through LegitFit.
Open or guided 55-minute sessions booked online.
