The community site (page updated in 2026) lists 7 thermal pools at different temperatures fed by water from the Cayambe and Antisana volcanoes, an indoor pool, a cold "polar" pool, a slide pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, green areas and a camping area, changing rooms with showers, lockers and swimsuit rental. Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 20:00; weekends and holidays 07:00 to 21:00. Visitors are asked to bring swimsuit, swim cap, towel and sandals; children must be supervised; no food, drinks or pets.
