Primicias (April 2025) reports hours of 06:30 to 15:00, with the ticket office open until 13:00, and describes an indoor pool, a 25 by 6 metre outdoor pool and another indoor pool used for therapy. Teleamazonas (August 2025) mentions 11 pools fed by volcanic water, green areas, playgrounds and slides. A 2020 study classes the water as hyperthermal, very hard and pH-neutral.
