The 2025 municipal ordinance sets: La Virgen Spa Termal (Phase I) daily 05:00 to 21:30; Phase II Fridays, weekends and holidays 13:00 to 21:00; La Virgen Recreativa (Phases III and IV) Fridays, weekends and holidays 09:00 to 17:00; ticket sales close one hour before. The Baños tourism chamber describes the rebuilt complex with ten thermal pools at different temperatures, a wave pool, water games and a children's area, and the bath under the waterfall with thermal pools and one cold-water pool; sulphated thermal water from Tungurahua volcano. Swimsuit and swim cap are mandatory and sold on site. Hours published by the tourism chamber differ from the ordinance.
