How it works
The Ente Provincial de Termas del Neuquén publishes that the complex opens in the summer season, from 1 December to the end of April, because of winter conditions, and runs daily from 08:00 to 20:00. It offers mud-therapy cabins, immersion pools, hydro-pulse and hydromassage baths, individual and group steam cabins, a Hubbard tank, bathing in the outdoor lagoons (Laguna del Chancho and Laguna Verde), an anti-stress circuit, massage, beauty treatments, medical rooms, a gym and a cafe. The waters are sulphate, sulphide, ferruginous, carbonated and bicarbonate, with pH 2 to 7 and source temperatures between 29 C and 70 C. Each visitor fills in an admission form (quick nursing form, medical form or sworn statement) and pays for services at the billing desk; the Ente advises three hours of rest between baths. In winter the Termas Nieve programme (29 June to 31 August 2026) brings visitors from Caviahue in tracked vehicles for circuits of Laguna del Chancho immersion, sulphur baths and natural steam.
Each bath or service is sold individually after an admission form, or as fixed-price circuits and combos.
