The Ente publishes that, by transporting mineral water and mud from Copahue, the centre offers thermal baths in two buildings: the Sector Baños inside Hotel Caviahue (Instituto de Seguridad Social del Neuquén), with a medical room, massage cabins, immersion baths, mud therapy and hydromassage; and the Centro Termal Caviahue in the Convention Centre grounds, with beauty programmes, kinesiology, physiotherapy, massage and exercise. Both are open year-round, daily 08:00 to 20:00, except some days in June and October for maintenance. The pre-trip medical consultation for Copahue is also done here; in winter 2026 the centre sold the Copahue Termas Nieve circuits (ARS 50,000 each, reported by noticiasnqn.com.ar).
