How it works
The operator publishes a sauna set to 87 °C (heated by elements, according to the instructions on pouring water on the stones), a covered cold plunge at 3 °C, buckets and a shower. In SUKU Solo others may join, up to a maximum of 6 per session; sessions last 50 minutes plus 10 minutes to change. The space runs autonomously, with someone in the business park gatehouse to help. There is a changing room with 5 lockable cubicles in the cabin at the end of the tennis court and a small communal changing space at the sauna entrance with coded lockers. Rules: swimwear at all times, sit on a towel, no phones in the sauna, water only, shower before the plunge, no products in the shower, sober space. Over-16s only; no dogs. Swimming in the lake is not yet allowed. Bus 89 (Milton Keynes to Northampton) stops in Paulerspury, a 10-minute walk away.
50-minute communal SUKU Solo session booked online, shared by up to 6 people, with no host in the sauna.
