How it works
Sesc SP publishes an open-air semi-Olympic pool on the 13th floor, 0.60 m to 1.40 m deep, with a panoramic view of downtown that the operator itself calls a postcard of the city; the 12th floor holds the pool changing rooms and the 11th a pool garden with a café. The pool is reserved for holders of a valid Sesc SP Credencial Plena (commerce, services and tourism workers, whether on payroll, temporary, interns or retired, and their dependants) with an up-to-date dermatological check, valid for six months; recreational and lap swimming are free and need no booking, capped by each site's daily capacity. Children under 12 only with a guardian; no food or drink in the pool area; the operator lists it as a high-demand pool. The building received the city's Accessibility Seal in September 2017. Fecomércio SP records the opening on 19 August 2017, the Paulo Mendes da Rocha design over the old Mesbla building and a 600 m² pool.
Walk-in use during pool hours with a valid card and dermatological check; a lane reserved for lap swimming in the morning.
