How it works
The operator publishes a wood-fired sauna and an infrared sauna (in some slots the two run as a social sauna and a silent sauna), two hot tubs, four cold baths at 4 °C, 8 °C, 10 °C and ambient, a cold plunge bucket, heated indoor changing rooms with individual cubicles, lockers, hot showers and hair dryers, filtered water and tea in the relaxation area. Hot tubs only run in afternoon and evening sessions. Every session is open to drop-ins, no membership needed; minimum age 10, under-16s always supervised. Bring two towels and a water bottle. Open rain or shine. Booking via the website or the Saunassa app, with an account. The public session schedule shows a capacity of 18 to 20 people for the main sessions.
Shared 1-hour session (or 1 h 45 for Slow Flow) booked online, moving between saunas, cold baths and, in the afternoon, hot tubs.
