The operator publishes a five-lamp infrared sauna at 55-65 °C on the ground floor; upstairs, a dry traditional sauna at 80-90 °C seating 18, with water on the stones, a steam sauna at 50 °C for 15 to 18 people and two cold plunges for 2 or 3 people each, at 3 °C and 7-10 °C, plus a tea lounge. It suggests a circuit of shower, infrared, traditional sauna, first plunge, steam, second plunge and lounge, repeated 2 or 3 times. Robes and towels included; swimsuit and sandals required (rental CA$5). Facilities open Wednesday to Friday 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 10pm, closed Monday and Tuesday. Restaurant and bar with a year-round heated patio, kitchen until 10:30pm.
