How it works
The operator publishes a self-guided thermal circuit drawing on Roman thermae, the Japanese onsen and the Russian banya: a dry sauna at 90 °C, a hammam at 50 °C, a hot mineral pool (40 °C in one part of the site, 42 °C in the FAQ), two cold plunges at 4 °C and 8 °C, and a heated granite stone. Adults only (18+); every space is shared; bring swimwear, everything else is provided; no phones in the bathing areas. Booking ahead is recommended, and walk-ins get in when there is room. The site publishes no address, hours or prices: the address comes from Wallpaper and Thisispaper, and the hours, capacity and price from Time Out Madrid. Wallpaper describes the circuit as 75 minutes. Designed by the Barcelona studio Oficina Satélite.
Self-guided 60-minute circuit; booking recommended, walk-ins when there is room.
