How it works
The operator publishes a single studio in Valencia (Carrer de Godofred Ros 8, 46004), by the river and 5 minutes from the Palau de les Arts. Each session gives 60 minutes of free use of the Finnish sauna (85°C), infrared sauna (50°C) and cold plunge (3 to 12°C), with water and teas, a locker and a hair dryer; there are outdoor cold-water showers. Every session must be booked in advance on the website or the app, with cancellation up to 3 hours before; the operator asks guests to arrive 10 minutes early and bring swimwear, flip-flops and two towels. The published timetable has a morning slot (10:30am-1:30pm) and an afternoon slot (from 5 or 5:30pm until 7:30, 8:30 or 9pm depending on the day), and some days have no slot. Minors come with an adult. The whole studio can be booked for groups of up to 16, and the operator also rents portable tubs for events and runs sports and guided breathing sessions with physiotherapists.
Shared 60-minute booked sessions, paid singly, in packs or by monthly membership.
