How it works
The operator publishes a social sauna in Andrejsala, next to restaurant Koya, with a 35-person sauna, cold plunges, outdoor showers, separate male and female changing rooms and outdoor lounge areas. Each session is a 75-minute guided ritual: 15 minutes of sauna, up to 5 minutes in cold water and 5 minutes of rest with water and electrolytes, repeated three times, with aromatherapy, breathwork and towel waving led by a facilitator. There are three formats, Calm, Flow and High, with the same structure and a different energy. Swimwear is required. Guests are asked to bring two towels, swimwear, a water bottle, a lock and slippers. Groups can book the sauna for private events.
