Hikitalo publishes a 10-seat wood-fired sauna at Sandy Bay, next to the Grow & Grind café in the Hi-Tide car park, open every day from 7am to 8pm, with 55-minute communal sessions and private sessions. Booking is online; walk-ins are taken if there is space, and sessions start on the hour. Swimwear must be worn at all times; guests may pour water on the rocks with the ladle provided but must not add logs, which the on-site host handles. The operator recommends at most 15 to 20 minutes per round, with a rest or a sea dip at your own risk. Under-12s are not admitted; 12 to 16 year olds only in private sessions with an adult. There are storage boxes outside for belongings, and the Hi-Tide car park costs £3 per day from April to September. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before; no-shows are charged £10. The temperature is not published.
