How it works
Haar Sauna publishes in Lerwick its largest sauna, wood-fired, on the town's waterfront on South Road, behind Old Brevick House, close to the town centre with free parking outside; the booking system records the address Old Brevick House, South Road, Lerwick ZE1 (without the full postcode). It holds up to 15 people, in 1 hour 20 minute community sessions with ice bath, plus Women's Hour, rituals and private sessions. The site has cold plunge pools, an outdoor shower and a seating area; changing space is limited and inside the sauna itself, so the operator asks guests to arrive in swimwear, with two towels, a water bottle and flip-flops. Under-8s are not admitted, and bookings are online only, paid in advance. The temperature and fixed opening hours are not published.
Booked community session per person, 1 hour 20 minutes, with up to 15 people.
