How it works
The operator publishes a six-person sauna in a converted horse trailer, facing south toward the Isle of May, behind The Grind drinks airstream at the far end of the tidal pool. An individual seat costs £16 an hour and private hire £96 an hour on request. The tidal pool is used for swimming and cooling between rounds. Under-16s cannot book individual seats, and children aged 12 to 16 come only in private hire with an adult. Parking is next to the pool. The group also runs saunas at Elie and St Andrews.
Individual seats by the hour, booked online.
