How it works
The operator publishes 50-minute open sessions at £13 and 50-minute saunagus sessions at £15, in three 10-to-15-minute rounds led by a saunagus master, with aromatherapy, breathwork and a dip in one of three plunges. The current sauna is a wood-fired tent, and a 14-to-16-person wooden sauna is announced. There are three cold showers, a changing room with storage boxes and parking. Sessions are over-18s only. NHS staff join the Friday 10am session free, and people on disability benefits get 50% off.
Open and guided 50-minute sessions booked online.
