How it works
The operator lists the thermal bath as open daily 10am-10pm and the sauna area 1pm-10pm, 365 days a year; on the last Friday of the month the Eventsauna runs 1pm to midnight. The saunas are the earth sauna (95°C), a Finnish sauna (90°C), the Celtic sauna (85°C), the log-cabin sauna (85°C), the eucalyptus sauna (65°C), a conversation sauna (80°C) and a sanarium (55°C). Sauna masters lead hourly aufguss sessions with honey, salt and scents in the Celtic sauna, and from Friday to Monday also in the conversation sauna, on alternating weekly plans. For cooling there is an outdoor plunge pool and feature showers. The thermal water comes from the Adelindis spring at 800 m depth, rises at 47°C and has been recognised as medicinal water since 1989. Loungers cannot be reserved and phones are not allowed. Visitors must be 14 or older, or 6 and up with an adult on weekends, holidays and school breaks. The site does not publish a sauna dress rule or capacity.
