How it works
Operator publishes the house as open to guests since 1930 and describes itself as the only historic bathhouse left in Detroit. Admission covers both saunas, heated to 180–200 °F, the showers, the pool, the common areas and the outdoor patio, with a locker and towels included; there is no hot tub. Hours are split between all-gender sessions, with bathing suits required, and men-only and women-only sessions, with suits optional; trans and non-binary guests are welcomed on the four all-gender days. No reservations are taken for public hours, and outside food is not allowed: the house kitchen is open every day. Practitioners work independently, with their own calendars. The pool temperature and the capacity are not published.
Walk-in entry during public hours, alternating all-gender, men-only and women-only sessions.
