How it works
The operator (Tánica Hoteles) publishes two thermal-water pools: a covered 230 m² pool, 1.5 m deep, with water at 37°C to 39°C, and an open-air pool facing the Chanleufu River, also at 37°C to 39°C. The Ven por el día page sells pool entry and a Daypass program; on the Daypass the open-air pool runs 12:30pm to 7pm and the covered pool 1:30pm to 7pm, with lunch from 1pm to 2:30pm. Entry is by QR code, swimwear only, and children under 10 wear life jackets. The complex also has cabins and domes with thermal tubs, camping and trails in the national park.
