Visitors use the four open-air baths (Maka no Yu, Kodakara no Yu, Hannya no Yu and Maya no Yu, 470 tatami in all) along the river, fed by four wells of flowing spring water, and the Sanso indoor bath, with one side for men and one for women. The price includes the venue's own bathing wear, and outside bathing wear is not accepted; a site notice covers the change in mixed-bath rules. There is free parking for 150 cars and vending-machine snacks.
